Ingress and Egress. Seller represents that there is ingress and egress to the Real Property and title to 400 the Real Property is insurable in accordance with STANDARD A without exception for lack of legal right of access.

For purposes of this Article, a person shall be deemed to conduct business on the Airport if he occupies any space on the Airport or if he provides any services on the Airport, other than utilities, on a regular or continuing basis.

Such rights of ingress, egress and use shall be in common with others having rights of use and passage thereon.
