Common use of Conceptual Plans and Drawings Clause in Contracts

Conceptual Plans and Drawings. Overall conceptual plans and drawings (“Project Schematic Drawings”) for the New Buildings have been prepared by the Redeveloper and are attached as Exhibit D. The Project Schematic Drawings have been reviewed and approved by the Mayor. The Project Schematic Drawings shall serve as the basis for development of the design development plans and specifications for the New Buildings.
