Redeveloper, at its own cost and expense subject to reimbursement from a grant of TIF Bond Proceeds, as provided in Section 503 below, shall prepare the site for construction of the Multifamily Structure and associated parking. Reimbursable site preparation activities may include demolishing and removing construction impediments, environmental remediation, and performing site grading to accommodate the Private Improvements. Redeveloper may seek reimbursement from TIF Proceeds up to Fifteen Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($15,000.00) for preparation of the Project Site.
