COMPLETION OF MEETING AND NEGOTIATING. The specific, written terms of this Agreement constitute the full and complete agreement between the parties on the subject matter contained in the Agreement. Except as provided in any applicable reopener provisions, the parties agree to waive and relinquish the right to negotiate over the specific, written terms contained within the Agreement. The parties agree that any changes to the existing specific, written terms of the Agreement shall only be effective upon being reduced to writing and signed by the parties. The parties further recognize that any proposed changes or alterations of terms and conditions of employment which are not included in this Agreement, which fall within the scope of representation as set forth in California Government Code section 3543.2, are subject to negotiations. The parties agree that modifications to said non-contractual terms and conditions shall only be effective upon being reduced to writing and signed by the parties.
COMPLETION OF MEETING AND NEGOTIATING. During the term of this Agreement, the District and the Association expressly waive and relinquish the right to meet and negotiate on any subject whether or not it is referred to in this Agreement. However, any portion of this Agreement may be reopened for negotiations at any time by the mutual consent of the parties.
COMPLETION OF MEETING AND NEGOTIATING. 24.1 Except as specifically provided in this Article, and Government Code 3540 during the term of the Agreement, the Association expressly waives and relinquishes the right to meet and negotiate on wages, hours of employment, and terms and conditions of employment, including but not limited to, reclassification, and agrees that the District shall not be obligated to meet and negotiate with respect to any subject matter, whether referred to or covered in this Agreement or not, even though such subject or matters may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both the parties at the time they met and negotiated on and executed this Agreement, and even though such subject or matters were proposed and later withdrawn.
COMPLETION OF MEETING AND NEGOTIATING. 19.1 The District and Association each agree that the other shall not be obligated to meet and negotiate with respect to any subject or matter whether referred to in this Agreement or not, even though the subject or matter may not have been within knowledge or contemplation of either or both parties at the time they met and negotiated this Agreement.
COMPLETION OF MEETING AND NEGOTIATING. The terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement represent the full and complete understanding between the parties hereto. The terms and conditions may be altered, changed, added to, deleted from, or modified only through the voluntary, mutual consent of the parties in a written amendment. During the term of this Agreement, the Association expressly waives and relinquishes the right to meet and negotiate, and agrees that the District shall not be obligated to meet and negotiate with respect to any other subject or matter whether referred to or covered in this Agreement or not, even though such subject or matters may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both the District or the Association at the time they met and negotiated on and executed this Agreement, and even though such subjects or matters were proposed and later withdrawn.
COMPLETION OF MEETING AND NEGOTIATING. 23.1 During the term of this Agreement, the Association expressly waives and relinquishes the right to meet and negotiate with respect to any subject or matter referred to or covered in this Agreement or not, even though each subject or matter may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both the District and Association at the time they met and negotiated this Agreement, and even though such subjects or matters were proposed and later withdrawn, except for new legislative mandates.
COMPLETION OF MEETING AND NEGOTIATING. During the term of this Agreement, the Federation and the District expressly waive and relinquish the right and obligation to meet and negotiate on any matter except by written and mutual agreement.
COMPLETION OF MEETING AND NEGOTIATING. 15.1 This agreement shall constitute the full and complete agreement between both parties and may be modified only through the voluntary, mutual consent of the parties in a written and signed memorandum of understanding or amendment to this agreement.

COMPLETION OF MEETING AND NEGOTIATING. 23.1 This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect from July 1, 2014 up to and including June 30, 2017.
