Location of Meetings. All meetings of the Operating Committee shall be held in Sydney, New South Wales, or elsewhere as may be decided unanimously by the Operating Committee.
Location of Meetings. All meetings provided for in this Agreement or required by law as a result of this Agreement shall be held in XxXxxxx County, Illinois, unless mutually agreed otherwise.
