COMPLETION OF MEET AND NEGOTIATE. During the term of the Agreement, the parties expressly waive and relinquish the right to meet and negotiate, except as provided elsewhere in this Agreement, with respect to any subject or matter whether referred to or covered in the Agreement or not, including those subjects or matters which were proposed and later withdrawn by either party. The parties, upon mutual consent, may negotiate on any item within the scope of representation.

Unless mutually agreed upon by the parties hereto, during the term of this agreement, the Association expressly waives and relinquishes the right to meet and negotiate and agrees that the District shall not be obligated to meet and negotiate with respect to any subject or matter whether or not referred to or covered in this agreement.
COMPLETION OF MEET AND NEGOTIATE. 18.1 Except as provided in this Article regarding reopening of negotiations, during the term of this Agreement, the Association and the District waive and relinquish the right to meet and negotiate and agree that neither party shall be obligated to meet and negotiate with respect to any subject matter whether referred to or covered in this Agreement or not, even though such subjects or matters may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both the District or the Association at the time they met and negotiated on and executed this Agreement, and even though such subjects or matters were proposed and later withdrawn.
COMPLETION OF MEET AND NEGOTIATE. 18.1. The terms and conditions set forth herein represent the full and complete understanding between District and Association. The terms and conditions may be altered, changed, added to, deleted from, or modified only by voluntary mutual written consent of District and Association. This agreement terminates and supersedes those past practices, agreements, procedures, traditions, rules, or regulations inconsistent with its provisions.

COMPLETION OF MEET AND NEGOTIATE. 2.1 Except in the case of unforeseen events or emergencies, a ratification vote shall take place by the Twin Rivers United Educators membership within twenty (20) working days of the date of the final tentative agreement between the bargaining teams, and a ratification vote by the Governing Board shall take place within twenty five (25) working days of the ratification of the final tentative agreement by the TRUE membership.
