Common use of COMPLETION OF MEETING AND NEGOTIATING Clause in Contracts

COMPLETION OF MEETING AND NEGOTIATING. During the term of this Agreement, the District and the Association expressly waive and relinquish the right to meet and negotiate on any subject whether or not it is referred to in this Agreement. However, any portion of this Agreement may be reopened for negotiations at any time by the mutual consent of the parties.
