Accuracy. If the data importer becomes aware that the personal data it has received is inaccurate, or has become outdated, it shall inform the data exporter without undue delay. In this case, the data importer shall cooperate with the data exporter to erase or rectify the data.

Accuracy. The Engineer shall be responsible for the accuracy of work and shall promptly make necessary revisions or corrections resulting from its errors, omissions, or negligent acts without compensation.

If the Surveyor submits work that does not comply with the terms of this contract, the State shall instruct the Surveyor to take actions necessary to bring the work into compliance with this contract. No additional compensation shall be paid for work performed under this paragraph.
