Committee Invitations. The Committee may from time to time invite the chief nurse executive or his/her designee to its meetings at mutually agreeable times for the purpose of exchanging information and/or to provide them with recommendations on pertinent subjects. The chief nurse executive or his/her designee shall meet quarterly with the Committee to discuss staffing. The chief nurse executive or his/her designee may bring to Committee meetings such other individuals, including department heads, whose participation may help to enhance the parties’ dialogue and/or to further their collaborative alliance.

Committee Invitations. The committee may invite members of the Hospital 24 or nursing administration to its meeting at a mutually agreeable time for the 25 purpose of exchanging information or to provide recommendations on 26 pertinent subjects. Administration may request special meetings with the 27 committee, but such meetings shall not take the place of the regularly 28 scheduled meeting of the committee and shall not be compensated from 29 funds specified in section 14.6 above. A representative of administration and 30 nursing administration shall be invited to a meeting of the PNCC at least once 31 (1) per quarter to exchange information on pertinent subjects.

  • Committees 1. The Parties agree on establishing Committees in the following matters: (a) Trade in Goods; (b) Trade in Services; (c) Investment; (d) Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures; (e) Technical Barriers to Trade; (f) Trade Facilitation; (g) Rules of Origin; and (h) Cooperation, including Intellectual Property. 2. The Free Trade Commission may create additional Committees, if needed. The Committees on Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures, Technical Barriers to Trade and Rules of Origin shall coordinate their tasks with those of the Committee on Trade in Goods. 3. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Committees shall convene in regular session once a year at the same time the Free Trade Commission convenes. Other sessions of the Committee shall be chaired by the Party hosting the meeting. The sessions may be held by any technological means available to the Parties. 4. When necessary, the Committees created hereby shall consult with such other Committees as needed to address the issues they handle.

  • Standing Committees A. The parties agree to participate in collaborative committee work structured as follows to improve workplace conditions, including but not limited to insurance, supplemental salary options (Article 7.2), professional development (LPDC) (Article 6.11(F)), Master Teacher, Association/ Administration Council, evaluation (OTES), career lattice, calendar (Article 8.1) and any and all other contractual issues.

  • Labour Management Committee (a) Where the parties mutually agree that there are matters of mutual concern and interest that would be beneficial if discussed at a Labour-Management Committee Meeting during the term of this Agreement, the following shall apply.

  • LABOR/MANAGEMENT COMMITTEES Section 1. Labor/Management Committees The parties recognize that the holding of periodic meetings for the exchange of views and information contributes to the effectiveness of the labor/management relationship.
