Board Committees definition

Board Committees means committees established by the Board from time to time, including Audit Committee and Nominating and Remuneration Committee;
Board Committees means the finance and audit committee and the nomination and compensation committee of the Board, and any other committees which the Board may have from time to time;
Board Committees has the meaning given in Clause ‎4.17.

More Definitions of Board Committees

Board Committees means each committee of the Board as referred to in section 9 of these Bylaws.
