Common use of Committee Invitations Clause in Contracts

Committee Invitations. The committee may invite the Agency Director or 20 his/her designee to its meetings at mutually agreeable times for the purpose of 21 exchanging information and/or to provide them with recommendations on pertinent 22 subjects. The Agency Director or his/her designee shall meet quarterly with the 23 committee to discuss staffing. The Agency Director or his/her designee may bring to 24 committee meetings such other individuals whose participation may help to enhance the 25 parties’ dialogue and/or to further their collaborative alliance.
