CITY's Insurance. (1) The CITY may maintain property insurance on certain pre-existing structures associated with the PROJECT.
CITY's Insurance. Licensee acknowledges that the City maintains insurance, self-insurance, or equivalent risk management coverage against casualty, property damage, and public liability risks. The City agrees to maintain adequate coverage for public liability risks during the Term and is not required to carry any additional insurance with respect to the License Area or otherwise.
CITY's Insurance. The parties hereto understand that the City is a member of the Colorado Intergovernmental Risk Sharing Agency (CIRSA) and as such participates in the CIRSA Proper- ty/Casualty Pool. Copies of the CIRSA policies and manual are kept at the City of Aspen Risk Management Department and are available to Professional for inspection during normal business hours. City makes no representations whatsoever with respect to specific coverages offered by CIRSA. City shall provide Professional reasonable notice of any changes in its membership or participation in CIRSA.
CITY's Insurance. The City shall maintain facility, fire, or premises insurance at the same levels as the City maintains for other City facilities utilized by the general public.
CITY's Insurance. Grantor acknowledges and understands that City is self-insured.
CITY's Insurance. City may self-insure or may carry, at its own expense, property damage and public liability insurance for the Pier if and to the extent that City determines in its sole discretion that such insurance is reasonably required. SMPRC and its officers, directors, and employees shall be named insureds under these insurance policies to the same extent that the Councilpersons of the City Council of City are insured.
CITY's Insurance. 10.3.1 City shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining its own liability insurance. Except as set forth below, insurance for claims arising out of the performance of this Agreement may be purchased and maintained at City’s discretion.
CITY's Insurance. City shall maintain commercial general liability insurance with respect to the Common Areas of the Building at least equal to the commercial general liability insurance coverage required to be maintained by RW pursuant to Section 3.07 of this Use Agreement.
CITY's Insurance. The City, at its sole cost, shall procure and keep in effect at all times during the Term insurance for the Easement Area in the form and amounts and under the terms and conditions specified in this Agreement and consistent with prudent risk management standards in effect for public entities as such standards may exist from time-to-time during the Term. At all times during implementation of the Project, including removal of the South Annex, reconstruction of the historic Courthouse façade and construction of Courthouse Square, the City shall require all contractors and subcontractors to procure and keep in effect at all times liability and auto insurance in an amount of not less than $3,000,000 per incident, and workers compensation insurance of not less than $1,000,000. The County shall be named as additional insured under all such policies.
CITY's Insurance. (a) The City shall, commencing on the date hereof and continuing through the end of the Term, maintain, at the City's expense, property insurance against damage or destruction to the Baseball Facility for the full value thereof, including all materials, equipment, machinery and supplies for use in construction or installation of the Baseball Facility and commercial general liability insurance in addition to the following coverages, which shall have the following minimum specifications:
