Specific Coverages. 1. Contractor shall carry insurance in the types and amounts indicated below for the duration of the Contract, which includes items owned by the City, the Bonds Trustee, and Owner in the care, custody and control of the Contractor prior to and during the period during which services are provided.

Specific Coverages. Insurance Requirements for any agreements containing provisions for contractors cleaning, maintaining, repairing or working on Premises: (1) Workers' Compensation and Employers' Liability coverage with limits consistent with statutory benefits outlined in the Texas Workers' Compensation Act (Section 401) and minimum policy limits for employers liability of $100,000 bodily injury each accident, $500,000 bodily injury by disease policy limit and $100,000 bodily injury by disease each employee. The Agency will accept workers' compensation coverage written by the Texas Workers Compensation Insurance Fund. The Contractor's policy must apply to the State of Texas and include these endorsements in favor of the Agency: (a) Waiver of Subrogation, form WC 420304 (b) 30 day Notice of Cancellation, form WC 420601 (2) Commercial General Liability Insurance with a minimum bodily injury and property damage per occurrence limit of $1,000,000 for coverages A & B. The policy must contain the following provisions: (a) Blanket contractual liability coverage for liability assumed under this contract and all contracts relative to this Temporary Use Agreement.

  • All Coverages Each insurance policy required in this item shall be endorsed to state that coverage shall not be suspended, voided, cancelled, reduced in coverage or in limits except after thirty (30) days' prior written notice by certified mail, return receipt requested, has been given to the Town. Current certification of such insurance shall be kept on file at all times during the term of this agreement with the Town Clerk.

  • The General Liability and Property Damage coverages required for performance of this Agreement shall include the State of Vermont and its agencies, departments, officers and employees as Additional Insureds. If performance of this Agreement involves construction, or the transport of persons or hazardous materials, then the required Automotive Liability coverage shall include the State of Vermont and its agencies, departments, officers and employees as Additional Insureds. Coverage shall be primary and non-contributory with any other insurance and self-insurance.
