CERTIFICATE OF ORIGINALITY. This Certificate of Originality must be completed by Supplier when furnishing software material (program product or offering and related documentation or other software material) for Intel. One Certificate of Originality can cover one complete product, even if that product includes multiple modules. However, a separate Certificate of Originality must be completed for the code and another for its related documentation (if any). Please leave no questions blank. Write "not applicable" or "N/A" if a question is not relevant to the furnished software material.
CERTIFICATE OF ORIGINALITY. As a condition of Employment with Xxxxxxx Drilling Corporation, or any of its subsidiaries (collectively the "Company"), I acknowledge and agree that all work performed by me during this engagement is owned completely and exclusively by the Company. I hereby assign all rights resulting from work performed by me for the Company, relating to the Company's then present business worldwide, and fully and completely enable the Company its successors, assigns and nominees to secure and enjoy the full benefits and advantages thereof. I recognize that all my relationship with the Company is based upon a high degree of trust and confidence and that I xxxx be involved with confidential information of the Company. I will, to the best of my ability, protect any and all confidential information relating to the Company's products, services, clients, customers and business operations. Upon termination of my Employment with the Company, I will promptly deliver to the Company, all property and confidential materials of the Company that may be in my possession or under my control.
CERTIFICATE OF ORIGINALITY. The Company has duly executed and Made Available to Parent a “Certificate of Originality” for each of the Company Products in the form of Exhibit G to this Agreement (the “Certificates of Originality”). Each such Certificate of Originality is true, complete and correct with respect to each Company Product.
CERTIFICATE OF ORIGINALITY. Supplier shall provide INTESA a completed Certificate of Originality in the form attached to the PO for each Program and enhancement thereto. Definitions Attachment E: Equipment “Deliverables” include Products that Supplier prepares for or provides to INTESA as described in the PO. Supplier will maintain the capability to supply agreed upon Deliverables, including parts of Deliverables, for a period of seven years after withdrawal of such Deliverables, or as specified in the relevant PO. Supplier will notify INTESA of its intent to withdraw any Deliverable and will continue to deliver such withdrawn Deliverable for the periods as specified in the relevant PO. Supplier will use reasonable efforts to maintain and implement a comprehensive productivity improvement plan including, but not limited to, total cost of ownership, process improvement and cycle time reduction initiatives. Cost reductions provided as a result of productivity improvements or reductions in cost to Supplier prior to shipment will be shared equally by the parties.
CERTIFICATE OF ORIGINALITY. This questionnaire must be completed by the University Representative furnishing IBM any software material (program product or offering and related documentation, micro code, or other), and sent to IBM. The acceptance of this questionnaire by IBM is a condition for the IBM payment under the Sponsored Research Agreement. The University and University Representative has an obligation to communicate any additional information which IBM may require for copyright registration and/or enforcement of legal rights relating to the furnished material. One questionnaire can cover one complete product, even if that product includes multiple modules. However, separate questionnaires must be completed for code and documentation. Please note that questions 10 through 17 relate to any ICONS included as part of the furnished software materials. A separate set of answers should be furnished for each ICON and should be signed by the creator of the ICON. Please leave no questions blank. Write "not applicable" or N/A if a question is not relevant to the furnished software material.
CERTIFICATE OF ORIGINALITY. Within sixty (60) days after the effective date of any Article or attachment thereto, and at such other times as IBM may reasonably request, NCD shall deliver to IBM a Certificate of Originality with respect to any Preexisting Materials to be included in the Deliverables listed in such Article, substantially in the form set forth in "Appendix A - Sample Certificate of Originality." Upon delivery of Deliverables to IBM, NCD shall submit an additional Certificate of Originality for such Deliverables.

NPSC will provide to IBM a completed Certificate of Originality (attached Exhibit) for each Product within 30 days of signing the Territory Agreement or within 30 days of adding a new Product to the Territory Agreement. NPSC warrants the accuracy of all statements in each completed Certificate of Originality
CERTIFICATE OF ORIGINALITY. Supplier will deliver a completed Certificate of Originality in the form attached hereto (i) with each Deliverable in accordance with the schedule set forth in Section 9 below, (ii) with the Major Enhancements described in Section 3.5 of this SOW in accordance with the schedule set forth in Section 9 below, and (iii), for each subsequent Major Enhancement, [*] such Major Enhancement. Buyer will provide Supplier the Exhibit: Certificate of Originality for these purposes.
CERTIFICATE OF ORIGINALITY. Discreet shall have received -------------------------- certificates of originality with regard to Lightscape's software products in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Discreet.
