Program Product means programs, routines, subroutines, and related items which are proprietary to the Contractor and which are licensed to the State for its use, usually on the basis of separately stated charges and appropriate contractual provisions.

Program Product means all pharmaceutical preparations or products in any dosage form containing a Licensed Antibody as the sole active pharmaceutical ingredient or in combination with other active ingredients. The Licensed Antibodies are listed in Schedule 1(a);

Program Product means any pharmaceutical preparation, substance, formulation or dosage which is comprised of or contains a Program Molecule (whether or not such Program Molecule is the sole active ingredient and whether or not such Program Molecule is conjugated to or combined with any other component or reagent).
