The Trustee is hereby appointed registrar for the purpose of registering and transferring Certificates and the Additional Certificate, as herein provided.

All Certificates and the Additional Certificate shall be executed by manual or facsimile signature on behalf of the Trustee by an authorized officer and authenticated by the manual or facsimile signature of an authorized officer.
The Certificate Insurer and the Servicer shall be entitled to inspect and copy the Certificate Register and the records of the Trustee relating to the Certificates and the Additional Certificate during normal business hours upon reasonable notice.
