University Representative. - University Representative means a University employee (casual, fixed term and permanent) contractor, agent, appointee, UNE Council member, adjunct, visiting academic and any other person engaged by the University to undertake some activity for or on behalf of the University. It includes corporations and other bodies falling into one or more of these categories.
University Representative means a University Official authorized by the Director of Student Conduct or their designee to present information and question witnesses on behalf of the University at Student Conduct Reviews.
University Representative means the President of the University, the Chief Financial Officer, or such other Person or Persons at the time designated to act on behalf of the University by written certificate of the Board or the University furnished to the Trustee.

University Representative means Sarah Underwood or such other person as shall be appointed by the Head of the School acting on behalf of the Dean of Leeds University Business School (LUBS).

University Representative means the President of the University or his or her designee, of whom the Corporation has been notified in writing.
