CDL Renewal Sample Clauses

CDL Renewal. With respect to a regular driver’s CDL renewal (but not a driver’s initial CDL), the Board will pay the driver the difference between the cost of the CDL renewal and the cost of a normal operator’s license. The Board will also pay the cost of a regular driver’s annual abstract, unless the abstract disqualifies the driver from driving for the Board. Proof of payment shall be submitted to the Treasurer prior to reimbursement.

CDL Renewal. The Township will pay the cost of renewal fees for CDLs for all employees required to maintain such licensure as part of their jobs. The benefit extends to renewal application fees only. EXHIBIT B - PHYSICAL EXAMINATIONS
CDL Renewal. Any bargaining unit employee possessing a Commercial Drivers License (CDL) will be reimbursed for the complete cost of renewal of their license. Any cost incurred of driver re-certification and or any additional certifications mandated by the district, state or federal law, for any employee will be paid for by the district, except for time spent by the employee.

  • Non-Renewal Any grounds for termination stated in Section 24(c) above also may be grounds for non-renewal. In addition, the State Board or Local Board may elect not to renew the Charter if the petition for renewal does not comply with the Charter Schools Act and the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures promulgated in accordance with the Charter Schools Act or if the State Board or Local Board deems that the Charter School has not sufficiently increased student achievement or is no longer in the public interest.

  • Term; Renewal Subject to Section 4.02 hereof, this Agreement has a one-year term and shall continue in force until the first anniversary of the date hereof.
