Regular Driver. An employee that: 1) is required by his/her Library position assignments to drive a CPL vehicle; 2) requests to drive a CPL vehicle; or 3) drives his/her own personal vehicle on Library business more than twenty four (24) times in a calendar year. Day shift custodial employees at Main Library and Lakeshore will be deemed to be Regular Drivers.
Regular Driver. A driver that regularly drives established runs.. . The time paid for said run is for the time determined by a time study. Prior to the bid meeting, the Transportation Supervisor shall establish the duration of time for each run by conducting a time study including all student stops [Includes 15 minutes of pre-trip time]. Thereafter, if regular drivers’ actual driving time of regularly scheduled runs increases or decreases over 15 minutes per day, the applicable driver’s run(s) shall be posted and rebid. The time paid for said run will then be the new actual driving time as determined by the Transportation Supervisor in consultation with the driver before the position is posted. Fueling time shall be paid at 15 minutes per fueling.
Regular Driver. The term regular driver, for the purpose of this Article, shall mean all non-probationary bus drivers.
Regular Driver. A driver who has been employed by the Board for a period greater than sixty (60) consecutive working days and has an assigned morning and /or afternoon route.
Regular Driver. 37 A person assigned to a regular trip or a person employed as a bus driver, assigned to any 38 combination of regular and extra trips, for a minimum of twenty (20) hours per month based on an 39 instructional school year average. 40

Regular Driver. CDL License/First Aid/CPR/Current Physical - bids on routes by seniority and 7 is responsible for transporting district students.
