Call-Back Staffing. In the event that overtime is not an extension at the beginning or end of a normal shift, the minimum payment shall be for three hours at the time-and-one-half rate; provided, however, that if an employee is called subsequently and within said three-hour period, the calls should be deemed merged into one overtime period. Nothing herein shall be deemed to infringe upon the right of the City through the officer in charge of the Fire Department or the alarm to determine the specific personnel, the number of personnel, and to designate those employees who are to be returned to an off-duty status.

Call-Back Staffing. When called back to maintain six employees per shift, whoever takes the group from six to five (excluding acting ranks) i.e., Captain for Captain, Lieutenant for Lieutenant, Fire Fighter for Fire Fighter shall be called. An employee called back shall be credited with one and one-half (1 1/2) hours per hours worked. All Fire Fighters, First Class or less, are called first and if the position cannot be filled by a Fire Fighter, a Lieutenant, then Captain is called to fill a Fire Fighter's position, and shall be credited with one and one-half

An employee called back shall be credited with one and one-half (1Y,) shifts percall-back. In the event that a group falls below xxxxxxx, regardless of available acting ranks on the group affected, the highest vacant officer’s position will be filled first, starting with members currently holding the vacant rank (i.e. Captain for Captain, Lieutenant for Lieutenant), including members on scheduled holidays.

  • Call Backs 9.1 Call-back occurs when the employee:

  • Call Back Where employees are called back to work after having completed a regular shift, and prior to the commencement of their next regular shift, they shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours of work or four (4) hours pay at the rate of time and one-half (1-1/2) their regular hourly earnings. Superior provisions shall remain.

  • Staffing Consultant will designate in writing to Authority its representative, and the manner in which it will provide staff support for the project, which must be approved by Authority. Consultant must notify Authority’s Contract Representative of any change in personnel assigned to perform work under this Contract, and the Authority’s Contract Representative has the right to reject the person or persons assigned to fill the position or positions. The Authority’s Contract Representative shall also have the right to require the removal of the Consultant’s previously assigned personnel, including Consultant’s representative, provided sufficient cause for such removal exists. The criteria for requesting removal of an individual will be based on, but not limited to, the following: technical incompetence, inability to meet the position’s qualifications, failure to perform, poor attendance, ethics violation, unsafe work habits, or damage to Authority or other property. Upon notice for removal, Consultant shall replace such personnel with personnel substantially equal in ability and qualifications for the positions and shall submit the proposed replacement personnel qualification and abilities to the Authority, in writing, for approval.

  • Call Back Compensation (a) Call back is an occasion where an employee has been released from duty and is called back to work prior to his/her normal starting time. On such occasions, the employee’s scheduled or recognized shift shall be made available for work, except that the Agency shall not be obligated to work the employee more than twelve (12) consecutive hours and the employee may choose not to work more than twelve (12) consecutive hours, excluding meal periods, of combined call back time and regular shift time.

  • Minimum Staffing The Employer agrees to employ sufficient registered staff and health care aides/ Personal Support Workers to meet the staffing needs that may be set from time to time by statute and/or regulation. In the event that there is insufficient staffing to meet this undertaking, the Employer will post vacancies so that any unmet care undertaking will be satisfied.

  • Virus Management Transfer Agent shall maintain a malware protection program designed to deter malware infections, detect the presence of malware within the Transfer Agent environment.

  • Utilization Management Contractor shall maintain a utilization management program that complies with applicable laws, rules and regulations, including Health and Safety Code § 1367.01 and other requirements established by the applicable State Regulators responsible for oversight of Contractor.

  • Call Back Pay 1. When an employee returns to work because of an agency/department request made after the employee has completed his or her normal work shift and left the work station, the employee shall be credited with four (4) hours work plus any hours of work in excess of four (4) hours in which the employee is continuously engaged in work for which he or she was called back.

  • Call Back From Vacation (a) Employees who have commenced their annual vacation shall not be called back to work, except in cases of extreme emergency.
