Call Backs. 9.1 Call-back occurs when the employee:
Call Backs. 24.4.1 Call-backs apply to Network Services (excluding Train Controllers and Signal Box Controllers) KiwiRail Freight Mechanical Depots, KiwiRail Scenic Journeys Passenger Services and employees involved in processing wagons with hazardous freight.
Call Backs. Employees called back to work after the completion of their daily shift shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours pay for the callback.
Call Backs. Employees who are called back to the job after the end of their 29 workdays shall be compensated at time and one-half for a minimum of two (2) 30 hours. The work site supervisor shall keep a list of employees willing to work 31 overtime and contact these individuals first prior to contacting other employees. 32 This section does not apply to an extended workday.

Call Backs. A Unit Member called to work after leaving campus shall be guaranteed a minimum of two (2) hours of work at the appropriate rate.
Call Backs. 10.1 A call back only occurs where an employee who is on call is required to return to work. A call back does not include the situation where an employee who is not on call is asked to work and can choose to accept or decline the additional work.
Call Backs. A. On written notice from Owner within 30 Calendar Days after Substantial Completion (the call-back period), Contractor shall promptly repair or replace any portion of the Work which becomes Defective due to faulty materials or workmanship.
Call Backs. A. An employee who is at his/her residence and is called back for overtime work, shall be paid for such overtime in accordance with the above, provided that he/she shall receive a minimum payment of three (3) hours at time and one-half (1 1/2) of his/her regular rate. The minimum time provided herein does not apply if an early call-in period extends into the start of an employee's regular work period.
