Call Backs definition

Call Backs. Employees are expected to attend a maximum of two (2) open houses, curriculum evenings, or other building activities per year. Such activities will not exceed two and one-half (2 ½) hours per event.
Call Backs. Short notice call backs on days off with less than 48 hours’ notice.

Examples of Call Backs in a sentence

  • Emergency Call Backs (i.e. station coverage or working incident) shall be completed using the overtime list until the staffing needs are met.

  • Call Backs do not occur when an employee is asked to report early for a shift.

  • Under certain circumstances, employees will be granted limited authority to issue Call Backs in the absence of a supervisor, a situation that most frequently occurs during the winter snow removal period.
