Auditing Party definition

Auditing Party means the Party conducting an audit of the Audited Party’s books, records, data and other documents.
Auditing Party has the meaning set forth in Section 9.6.2.
Auditing Party has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(a).

  • Employees of the Audited Party shall be permitted to be present during the exercise by the Auditing Party of its audit and access rights under this Section 8.2.
