Biennial Review. (a) Every 24 months for the duration of the development agreement the city council shall review the development of the property for compliance with the terms and conditions of the development agreement.
Biennial Review. Purpose: Mid-term review of progress on the implementation of the Vision Blueprint and stakeholder perceptions. Timing: December 2018 • Tasks: o Review the short-term action items from each goal to determine what outcomes were achieved in 2016-2018; o Provide opportunity for public input on outcomes of short-term action items (survey, webinars/comment stations, etc.)
Biennial Review. BPD will conduct a biennial evaluation of its efforts at improving coordination with BSP and the Parties will continuously work to improve their efforts to protect and serve.
Biennial Review. The Parties will review and revise this MOU every two years, as contemplated by the Consent Decree.
Biennial Review. The Advisory Board will work with UI to jointly conduct a biennial review to evaluate progress towards implementing the Strategic Plan. The review will help the UI in prioritizing future activities and with the periodic updating/revision of the Strategic Plan.
Biennial Review. If the Program is a multi-year program, Contractor and District shall review and update the policy at least every two (2) years. EXHIBIT C-3 ADMINISTRATION OF EPINEPHRINE AUTO-INJECTORS AND PROVISION OF EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE Contractor and District agree to operate the Program in accordance with the following requirements. Contractor shall not administer any medication not explicitly set forth herein.
Biennial Review. The institutions agree to jointly conduct a biennial review of this Agreement. Either party may request a periodic review of the operation of this agreement at any time.
Biennial Review. 6. The Biennial Review shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Article Academic Freedom, and shall assess a Member’s performance of their Responsibilities, as set out in the Article Responsibilities of Members and modified by any of the provisions of this Collective Agreement.
