Base Map Development. The Engineer will prepare base maps from the information gathered during the field survey, data collection and utility mapping tasks. Utilities will be shown based on surveyed surface features as well as mapping information provided by each utility. Base mapping will be created in Autodesk Civil 3D (AutoCAD) 2019 format in conformance with Engineer’s CAD standards (incorporating elements of City’s CAD standard, if applicable).

Base Map Development. BBN will assemble a base map of the project site based on a survey provided by the Parks Department. This will serve as the base for the development of the master plan.
Base Map Development. Using the City’s GIS data and other publically available data, create a project base map that will provide the basis for all subsequent mapping and graphics for the project. At a minimum, include existing and proposed parks and open space, recreation and community centers, schools, street network, bike routes/paths/lanes, transit routes, and trails. Use ArcGIS version 10.x-compatible shapefiles and/or geodatabases from the City of Xxxxxx City for the development of the project’s base map and subsequent thematic maps. After creating the initial base map, provide a copy to the City of Xxxxxx City for review and approval prior to use for subsequent mapping work. At the conclusion of the project, provide a digital source to the City of Xxxxxx City containing all original GIS data as well as project-specific data layers modified or created along with pertinent metadata documentation.

In instances of succeeding assignments to teach Distance Education courses, the Faculty member is expected to demonstrate a level of technical competence sufficient to teach the course. Ongoing technical support assistance may be available to Faculty who teach succeeding offerings of the same course.

  • Career Development The City and the Union agree that employee career growth can be beneficial to both the City and the affected employee. As such, consistent with training needs identified by the City and the financial resources appropriated therefore by the City, the City shall provide educational and training opportunities for employee career growth. Each employee shall be responsible for utilizing those training and educational opportunities made available by the City or other institutions for the self- development effort needed to achieve personal career goals.
