Application From Absent Employees. The Employer shall also consider applications from those employees, with the required seniority, who are absent from their normal places of employment because of sick leave, annual vacation, unpaid leave, union leave, bereavement leave, education leave, or special leave, and who have filled in an application form before each absence, stating the jobs they would be interested in applying for should a vacancy or new job occur during their absence.
