Annual Membership Fee. You agree to pay in advance a nonrefundable annual membership fee shown on page 1, whether or not you use your Card or Credit Card account. The fee will be charged on a periodic statement shortly after you open your Credit Card account and after that in the same month every year. We reserve the right to waive all or a portion of the annual fee.
Annual Membership Fee. If your Account has an Annual Membership Fee, it will be billed each year, whether or not you use your Account. The amount is listed in the Interest Rate and Fee Schedule. Your payment of the Annual Membership Fee does not affect our right to close your Account or limit your right to make transactions on your Account.
Annual Membership Fee. Each year, the Account may be subject to your payment in advance of an Annual Membership Fee INTEREST CHARGE which will compensate us for maintaining and servicing the Account for the following year. This fee will be charged to the Purchase balance of your Account.

Annual Membership Fee. For all Renewal Terms, the Member agrees to pay an annual membership fee equal to the then-current applicable Initial Member Fee (“Annual Fee”). The Annual Fee shall be due on or before the Anniversary Date for the applicable Renewal Term.

Annual Membership Fee. Your Annual Membership Fee is based on a combination of the Membership Class you chose on page 1 of this Agreement (i.e., Strategic, Contributing, Associate, or Committer – most new members choose Contributing Membership Class), as well as the type of your organization/company and your annual revenues, which you will indicate below in Table 1. The Annual Membership Fee is as listed in Table 2. On an annual basis, on your Annual Billing Date as defined below, we will invoice you the amount indicated by your choice of Membership Class and your selection in Table 1, in accordance with this Agreement and the Eclipse Foundation Bylaws. Please note: By default, Member will be billed its Annual Membership Fee on the Effective Date of this Agreement, and on the anniversary of that date each year (the “Annual Billing Date”). As an exception to the foregoing, if Member (i) has been or currently is a party to a Xxxxxxx.xxx Foundation, Inc. membership agreement, and (ii) has paid its membership fees in full to Xxxxxxx.xxx Foundation, Inc., within the past twelve (12) months from the Effective Date of this Agreement, then the following shall apply to your Annual Membership Fee and Annual Billing Date:

Annual Membership Fee. 58.01 Subject to paragraphs (a), (b) and (c), the Employer shall reimburse an employee’s payment of annual membership fees in one (1) of either the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (CA), the Society of Management Accountants (CMA), or the Certified General Accountants Association (CGA), and to one (1) of their respective provincial organizations.

In exchange for Your right to participate in the Program, You will pay SignatureMD, as agent for Physician, a fee per Membership Application, as may be modified by SignatureMD on an annual basis (the “Membership Fee”). A portion of the Membership Fee (the “Physician’s Portion”) will be paid to Your Physician for the provision of the Services to You. Initial payments are processed on the date SignatureMD accepts Your participation in the Program. Subsequent payments will be charged quarterly, semi-annually or annually as You elect. If You pay via credit, debit, or ACH debit, then You hereby authorize SignatureMD or its third-party payment processor automatically to charge Your chosen method of payment according to these terms.
