Annual Fees. (a) The annual pole attachment rental rate will be calculated in accordance with the rulings of the New York State Public Service Commission. The current annual Telecommunications Carrier rate is $11.13, per attachment. Attachment fees to jointly owned poles are adjusted in accordance with National Grid ownership interest in the pole. An attachment for billing purposes is defined as follows: A single messenger span wire utilizing one foot or less of usable pole space on poles suitable for electric distribution. Each messenger will be counted as a separate attachment. The sag of the Licensee’s facility will be included in determining the pole space utilized. Note: Any pole attachment made via common bolt or extension shall be subject to the terms and conditions under Licensor’s “License Amendment and Addendum Distribution Pole Attachment Agreement to Sub-License Attachments.” A span wire installed in such a manner as to utilize the support messenger of a Joint Owner or another third party. Equipment mounted in the usable space, which precludes that space from being utilized by a single messenger span wire. Equipment mounted in the non-usable space which prevents that space from being utilized by the Licensor, a Joint Owner or another third party. For the purpose of computing the total attachment fees due hereunder, the total fee shall be based upon the number of pole licenses, whether or not attachments are actually made, on the fifteenth day of June and the fifteenth day of December of each year. The first advance payment of the annual charge for licenses granted under this Agreement shall be prorated from the date of license to the first regular payment date at the rate of 1/12 the annual attachment fee per month of fraction thereof. Attachment fees shall be due and payable semi-annually in advance on the 31st day of January for the first half of the calendar year and on the 31st day of July for the last half of the calendar year. Payment of attachment fees shall be received within 30 days. Late fees of 1 1/2 percent per month will be applied to all outstanding balances in excess of 30 days. Failure to pay such fees within 30 days after presentment of the ▇▇▇▇ therefore or on the specified payment date, whichever is later, shall constitute a default under this Agreement. Annual Fees. The card does not carry an annual fee. There is no cost for additional cards.

Annual Fees. Gardeners are responsible for the annual rental of a Community Garden standard individual plot at an annual cost of $50 per plot for the first year. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ made by October 15th of each year are $25 per plot assuming adherence to this agreement. Payment of annual rental fee can be made by personal check payable to Borough of North Haledon. Please note that Membership and Registration fees are non-refundable and must be paid at the time of application. Applications (last 2 pages of this Agreement) need to be signed annually. A completed renewal includes payment and signed application by October 15th. Renewals after October 15th are $50. The Green Team may offer discounts depending on seasonal circumstances but no plot will cost less than $25.

Annual Fees. An annual fee of $50 applies to the Desjardins Modulo Visa card. A fee of $10 will apply for each additional card issued on this account. Any amount payable under this section is deemed to be a regular purchase for the purposes of Section 9 and will be charged to the cardholder’s account when one or more Desjardins Modulo Visa cards are issued and at each subsequent anniversary of the date of issuance. In the event that the Desjardins Modulo Visa card is cancelled within 60 days after the annual fee related to the cancelled card is charged, the fee will be fully reimbursed to the cardholder.
