Annual Fees. Tiered Fee Schedule for Premier Wealth Tactical, Premier Wealth Tactical Core, ETF Sector Rotation, Tactical Opportunity, Equity Growth and Value, Equity Growth Opportunity, Equity Dividend Income, and all Premier Wealth Tactical Core/ ETF Sector Rotation Strategies (also known as Xxxxxxxxx Moderate, Xxxxxxxxx Moderately Aggressive, or Xxxxxxxxx Aggressive):
Annual Fees. The annual rental fee of a standard individual 12 x 14 plot is $40 per plot. Please note this rental fee is non-refundable and must be paid at the time of application. This fee is used to offset expenses associated with the Garden. Please make checks payable to Xxxxxx Township Recreation.
Annual Fees. The Basis Point Fee applicable to the Funds will be calculated as of the last day of each month based on the total of the average daily net assets of the combined Funds above. The monthly Basis Point Fee applicable to the Funds will be calculated as follows. First, the average daily net assets of the Funds are multiplied by the applicable Basis Point Rate(s) shown in the table above. The resultant dollar amount is then multiplied by a fraction, the numerator which is the number of days in the month and the denominator which is the number of days in the year, to generate the monthly “Basis Point Fee”. If any Fund is in operation for less than a full month, the Basis Point Fee will be adjusted on a pro rata basis based on the number of days such Fund is in operation during such month. At the end of each calendar quarter, the total of the Basis Point Fee for each Fund for such quarter (i.e., the sum of the Basis Point Fee for each month in such quarter) will be compared to the Minimum Quarterly Fee for each Fund for such quarter. If the Basis Point Fee for each Fund for such quarter is higher than the Minimum Quarterly Fee for that quarter, the Funds shall pay the Basis Point Fee. If the Basis Point Fee for any Fund for such quarter is less than the Minimum Quarterly Fee for that quarter, each such Fund shall pay the Minimum Quarterly Fee. Notwithstanding the foregoing, once the total of the fees payable to the Sub-Adviser with respect to each Fund in any calendar year equals or exceeds the Minimum Annual Fee payable for such calendar year (or the pro rata portion of the Minimum Annual Fee payable for partial calendar years), such Fund shall not be required to make further payments of the Minimum Quarterly Fee or Minimum Annual Fee with respect to such Fund for that calendar year. Annual Fees. An annual fee of $50 applies to the Desjardins Modulo Visa card. A fee of $10 will apply for each additional card issued on this account. Any amount payable under this section is deemed to be a regular purchase for the purposes of Section 9 and will be charged to the cardholder’s account when one or more Desjardins Modulo Visa cards are issued and at each subsequent anniversary of the date of issuance. In the event that the Desjardins Modulo Visa card is cancelled within 60 days after the annual fee related to the cancelled card is charged, the fee will be fully reimbursed to the cardholder.

Annual Fees. Owner acknowledges and agrees that placing his or her Unit in the rental program does not relieve him or her of the responsibility to pay annual fees and other assessments relating the Unit by their due date. In the event Owner shall become delinquent in the payment of any money owed to his or her Association prior to the rental dates, and such delinquency remains unpaid, the Owner’s portion will be paid to the Association.
