Consulting Fee Sample Clauses

Consulting Fee. The Company shall pay the consultant the sum of six thousand two hundred fifty dollars ($6,250) per month (prorated for any partial month), which shall be paid in arrears in two installments of three thousand one hundred twenty-five dollars ($3,125) each on the 15th and 30th day of each calendar month.

Consulting Fee. In consideration of HERE’s services, REGENT agrees to pay HERE a consulting fee of US$314,755 (“Consulting Fee”) which shall be paid according to the following schedule upon HERE submitting invoices for its services to REGENT:

Consulting Fee. During the term of this Agreement, the Company shall pay to the Consultant as compensation for the services to be performed by the Consultant a consulting fee of $10,000 per month (the "Consulting Fee"). The Consulting Fee shall be payable in semi-monthly installments.

Consulting Fee. The parties acknowledge and agree that the payment obligation regarding Consultant's annual consulting fee as set forth in Section 1 of Amendment No. 7 to the Agreement (referenced above) shall be replaced with the following: "In consideration of Consultant's services, for the twelve {12} month period commencing on the Effective Date of this Amendment (i.e., July 1, 2020) and concluding on June 30, 2021, Company shall pay Consultant a consulting fee of Three Hundred Eighty Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars ($380,500), which shall be paid on a schedule of Thirty One Thousand, Seven Hundred and Eight Dollars and Thirty Four Cents ($31,708.34) per month in arrears."

Consulting Fee. In consideration of HERE’s services, REGENT agrees to pay HERE a consulting fee of US$249,750 (“Consulting Fee”) which shall be paid according to the following schedule upon HERE submitting invoices for its services to REGENT: (a) 35% (US$87,413) payable no later than two (2) months prior to the Theatrical Release Date of the film. (b) 40% (US$99,900) payable no later than one (1) month prior to the Theatrical Release Date of the Film. (c) 15% (US$37,463) payable upon Theatrical Release Date of the Film. (d) 10% (US$24,975) payable no later than one (1) month after the Theatrical Release Date of the Film.

Consulting Fee. For and in consideration of the performance and provision of the Services by the Consultant, the Company will pay the Consultant an aggregate consulting fee of $275,000 (the “Consulting Fee”), paid in equal monthly installments in arrears (but pro-rated for partial months during the consulting term).

Consulting Fee. During the Consulting Period, the Company shall pay Consultant a fee (the “Consulting Fee”) of $150 per hour. The Consulting Fee shall be paid to Consultant in arrears in the calendar month following the calendar month in which such Consulting Fee was earned. Consultant shall submit invoices to the Company as and when requested by the Company describing in detail the Services provided and the time expended by Consultant on such Services each month and any expenses incurred during such period that are reimbursable pursuant to Section 3(e) below.

Consulting Fee. The Company shall pay to the Consultant a consulting fee of $18,750 per quarter for his services hereunder, payable in advance commencing, on July 1, 2017. Payment for any partial quarter shall be prorated. If the Company and Consultant conclude that Consultant is spending materially more or less time than anticipated per quarter, the Company and the Consultant will discuss and revise the fee accordingly.

Consulting Fee. As compensation for the Services to be rendered by Consultant from the Effective Date of this Agreement through the duration of the Advisory Period, the Company shall pay Consultant Five Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($5,000.00) (the “Consulting Fee”) each month, prorated for partial month during the term. Consultant shall invoice the Company at the end of each calendar month.
