Renewal Terms definition

Renewal Terms means the consecutive renewal terms of this Agreement, the first of which commences immediately after the end of the Original Term and each having a duration and a term coextensive with each successive fiscal year of Lessee; provided that the final such Renewal Term shall commence on the first day of the last such fiscal year and end on the first business day after the last scheduled Rental Payment Date.

Renewal Terms means the renewal terms of a Property Schedule, each having a duration of one year and a term coextensive with Lessee's budget year.

Renewal Terms shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 1.4(a).

Examples of Renewal Terms in a sentence

• If Tenant timely and properly exercises its renewal option(s), the Lease Term shall include such Renewal Term(s) and such renewal(s) shall be upon the same provisions set forth in this Lease with respect to the Initial Term except that: (a) Monthly Base Rent for the Premises for each Renewal Term shall be as provided in attached Schedule 1.

• Should the relationship of the Parties extend beyond the Initial Term and all Renewal Terms, the Term of this Agreement shall automatically extend for the duration of the Parties’ relationship, until such relationship is terminated in writing by either Party.

• The Term of this Agreement shall be the totality of the Initial Term, plus all Renewal Terms, and all Extensions.

• There shall be no lapse of Term or the provisions of this Agreement between the Initial Term, Renewal Term(s), and Extension(s).

• The mechanism for enacting Renewal Terms shall be set forth in the Quote.

More Definitions of Renewal Terms

Renewal Terms means the optional renewal terms of this Agreement, each having a duration of one year and a term co-extensive with Lessee’s fiscal year.

Renewal Terms means successive renewal periods during which the Customer subscribes to the Services.

Renewal Terms for defined term plan are defined as the twelve (12) month period beginning at the end of the Initial Term and each subsequent twelve (12) month period thereafter.
