Annual Membership Fees. On or prior to each Determination Date, the Servicer shall deliver to the Trustee and the Transferor a certificate of a Servicing Officer setting forth (or shall set forth in the Monthly Servicer’s Certificate) (a) the amount of annual membership fees to be included as Collections of Finance Charge Receivables with respect to the preceding Monthly Period, which shall be equal to the amount of annual membership fees transferred to the Trustee during the preceding 12 Monthly Periods (or during the equivalent monthly periods occurring prior to the first Monthly Period) divided by 12 and (b) the portion of such annual membership fees (“unamortized annual membership fees”) which have not been treated as Collections of Finance Charge Receivables with respect to the preceding Monthly Period.
Annual Membership Fees. The annual membership fee for a Private Banking Platinum Card account is shown on page 1. The fee will be charged on a periodic statement shortly after you open your Credit Card account and after that in the same month every year. We reserve the right to waive the fee.

Annual Membership Fees. Each member Town shall pay an annual Membership Fee to the Cooperative in an amount to be determined by the Board of Directors. Failure of any member Town to make such required payment or otherwise fund the required Membership Fee to the Cooperative at the time required may be prohibited from participating in any SSRC programs or receiving services in accordance with Article 9 hereof.
