New Version definition

New Version means any new version of the Software that the Contractor may from time to time introduce and market generally as a distinct licensed product, as may be indicated by Contractor's designation of a new version number.
New Version means a new release of Software, other than Enhancements, Maintenance Releases or modifications, tailoring and/or customization resulting from Integration Services, or a new option not previously available which add to Software significant new features, functions or capabilities or significant improvements in performance. Such new Release/option shall be deemed a New Version rather than a Maintenance Release only if and so long as Consultant continues to maintain, enhance and market the Software without such new Release/option and generally charges its maintenance clients an additional charge.
New Version means any new version of the Software which from time to time is publicly marketed and offered for purchase by Reveal in the course of its normal business, being a version which contains such significant differences from the previous versions as to be generally accepted in the marketplace as constituting a new product.

  • Licensee acknowledges that Fixes and other code maintenance will not be available for prior versions of Licensed Product (including SRC) after the release of a New Version.

More Definitions of New Version

New Version or “New Versions” shall mean a release of the Software including new or additional functionalities.
New Version means a complete replacement of the executable code of the Software in machine-readable form, to provide significant new features or functions. A New Version may incorporate one or more enhancements. A New Version involves only such enhancements that change the version number immediately to the left of the decimal point. Changes to the version number are made solely at the discretion of the Licensor.
New Version means any new version of the Software that Licensor may from time to time introduce and market generally as a distinct licensed product (as may be indicated by Licensor’s designation of a new version number), and which Licensor may make available to Licensee at an additional cost under a separate written license agreement.
