Adherence to Policies and Procedures. HaysMed has developed comprehensive policies and procedures concerning the proper use of the EMR system. HaysMed may, from time to time, change or revise such policies and procedures as HaysMed deems necessary to better protect Confidential Information relating to or maintained on the EMR system. User shall be familiar with and adhere to all applicable policies and procedures, including any changes or revisions to those policies and procedures. If User has any concerns relating to the application of any specific policy and procedure to a particular circumstance, User shall seek guidance concerning the matter from appropriate HaysMed personnel. User acknowledges HaysMed may terminate User’s access to the EMR system if User fails to adhere to such policies and procedures.
Adherence to Policies and Procedures. The Employee agrees to abide by the Code of Professional Conduct and all other Employer, and regulatory authorities’ policies, procedures and standards as amended from time to time. The Employee understands that failure to do so will be considered just cause for disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment for cause as appropriate.
Adherence to Policies and Procedures. Provider shall adhere to such reasonable policies and procedures as may be developed and implemented by the CMO from time to time during the term(s) of this addendum. The CMO will provide Provider with any revised or new policies and procedures with thirty (30) days prior notice unless otherwise required by the Care Select Program.

The police officer assigned to the position of SRO will comply with all policies and procedures as established by the Allenstown Police Department, the Town of Allenstown and the Allenstown School District. Conflicts of policy will be managed/resolved by the school administrators and the Chief of Police. If the SRO is placed on any type of administrative leave, paid or unpaid, by either the Police Department or Town of Allenstown, he/she will also be suspended from their duties as the SRO until such time that he/she has been reinstated.

User acknowledges HMC may terminate User’s access to the EMR system if User fails to adhere to such policies and procedures.
Adherence to Policies and Procedures the police officer assigned to the position of SRO will comply with all policies and procedures as established in the Standard Operating Procedures of the Allenstown Police Department. The SRO will continue to operate under the command structure of the police department. Additionally the SRO will continue to conform to the policies and procedures of the Town of Allenstown to the extent they exist. The SRO will comply with the policies and procedures of the Allenstown School District as long as they are not in conflict with the policies/procedures of the Allenstown Police Department or the Town of Allenstown. Conflicts of policy will be managed/resolved by the school principal and the Chief of Police.
Adherence to Policies and Procedures. The Research/Training shall be performed in accordance with established policies, regulations, and procedures of The Texas A&M University System (“TAMUS”) and AgriLife (or other TAMUS member, as applicable), as well as all applicable state and federal laws and regulations including but not limited to research involving human subjects, laboratory animals, hazardous agents and materials, ethical conduct, safety, and conflicts of interest.
Adherence to Policies and Procedures. The Trust Member agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of the Agreement, as amended from time to time, as a condition of the Trust Member’s continuing Membership rights and privileges. If the Trust Member violates the terms and conditions of the Agreement, the Trust Member agrees that the Company at its sole discretion may revoke and terminate the Trust Membership.

The sewer department, Sewer Commission and its employees agree to comply with the Town’ s applicable policies and procedures as they apply to IT security when accessing the Town’ s virtual server, software programs and folders as well as applicable federal/ state laws and administrative rules/ regulations.

Adhere to the established Hospital practices, procedures, and policies, including but not limited to those of the Hospital Graduate Medical Education (“GME”) office and Resident’s residency program. These policies also include but are not limited to: policies related to the Electronic Health Record (“EHR”), employee work-related injury/illness and body fluid exposure, confidentiality of information, standards of conduct, non-harassment and non-discrimination, resident/physician impairment, leave of absence, attendance, and accommodation for disabilities. Resident acknowledges that it is the Hospital’s policy to maintain a working environment free of unlawful discrimination, harassment, and other objectionable and disrespectful conduct and/or communication imposed by one individual on another, which adversely affects the employment relationship or working environment;
