Adherence to Policies and Procedures. HaysMed has developed comprehensive policies and procedures concerning the proper use of the EMR system. HaysMed may, from time to time, change or revise such policies and procedures as HaysMed deems necessary to better protect Confidential Information relating to or maintained on the EMR system. User shall be familiar with and adhere to all applicable policies and procedures, including any changes or revisions to those policies and procedures. If User has any concerns relating to the application of any specific policy and procedure to a particular circumstance, User shall seek guidance concerning the matter from appropriate HaysMed personnel. User acknowledges HaysMed may terminate User’s access to the EMR system if User fails to adhere to such policies and procedures.

Adherence to Policies and Procedures. The Employee agrees to abide by the Code of Professional Conduct and all other Employer, and regulatory authorities’ policies, procedures and standards as amended from time to time. The Employee understands that failure to do so will be considered just cause for disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment for cause as appropriate.
Adherence to Policies and Procedures. Provider shall adhere to such reasonable policies and procedures as may be developed and implemented by the CMO from time to time during the term(s) of this addendum. Adherence to Policies and Procedures the police officer assigned to the position of SRO will comply with all policies and procedures as established in the Standard Operating Procedures of the Allenstown Police Department. The SRO will continue to operate under the command structure of the police department. Additionally the SRO will continue to conform to the policies and procedures of the Town of Allenstown to the extent they exist. The SRO will comply with the policies and procedures of the Allenstown School District as long as they are not in conflict with the policies/procedures of the Allenstown Police Department or the Town of Allenstown. Conflicts of policy will be managed/resolved by the school principal and the Chief of Police.
