Examples of EMR System in a sentence

  • During the Term of this Agreement, Resident shall: (i) fully participate in all required training for the EMR System that MRMC makes available to Resident; and (ii) utilize the EMR System in accordance with all applicable MRMC and Program policies, as such may be amended from time to time.

  • User’s obligation to maintain the confidentiality of any and all Confidential Information to which User gains access through the EMR System shall survive termination of this Agreement.

  • The management, maintenance, security and the ultimate disposition of the Health Information contained in an EMR System shall be governed by an Information Management Agreement ("IMA") entered into between the PCN Physicians and an Information Manager of that EMR System.

  • The purpose of this Information Sharing Agreement ("ISA") is to provide the terms upon which Physicians share Health Information contributed by other Physicians into the clinic’s EMR; enable the access to, and use and disclosure of Health Information with one another through the EMR System; and to define and manage the permitted uses and disclosures of that Health Information.
