Additional public holidays. Where in a State, Territory or locality, public holidays are declared or prescribed on days other than those set out in clause 22.1 above, those days shall constitute additional holidays for the purpose of this Agreement.
Additional public holidays. (a) Where in the whole or part of the State of Victoria, additional public holidays are declared or prescribed on days other than those set out in sub-clauses 25.1 and 25.2, those days shall constitute additional holidays for the purpose of the Agreement for Employees who have their place of principal employment in a municipality to which the additional public holiday applies.

Where in a State or Territory or locality within a State or Territory an additional public holiday is proclaimed or gazetted by the authority of the Commonwealth Government or of a State or Territory Government and such proclaimed or gazetted holiday is to be observed generally by persons through that State or Territory or a locality thereof, other than by those covered by Federal awards, or when such a proclaimed or gazetted day is, by any required judicial or administrative order, to be so observed, then such day shall be deemed to be a holiday for the purposes of this agreement, for employees covered by this agreement who are employed in the State, Territory or locality in respect of which the holiday has been proclaimed or ordered as required.
Additional public holidays. 53.4.1 Where under Victorian Law, public holidays are declared or prescribed in respect of occasions other than those set out in clause 53.2 above, those days shall constitute additional holidays for the purpose of this Agreement.

Additional public holidays. 24.1 There shall be an overall entitlement to 11 public holidays each calendar year. If fewer than 11 public holidays are prescribed in a calendar year the parties shall endeavour to reach agreement on which day or days shall be deemed to be the additional public holiday(s). If the parties cannot reach agreement, the matter shall be determined under the dispute settlement procedure with due regard being taken to past practices and entitlements in the industry.

Additional public holidays. Where an additional public holiday is proclaimed or gazetted by the authority of the Commonwealth Government or the State Government and such proclaimed or gazetted holiday is to be observed generally by persons throughout the State or a locality thereof incorporating the employer’s facility, or when such a proclaimed or gazetted day is, by any required judicial or administrative order, to be so observed, then such day shall be deemed to be a holiday for the purposes of this Agreement.
Additional public holidays. A Retail Employee, other than a causal, shall be entitled without loss of pay to an additional public holiday or half day public holiday (“Public Holiday”) within a State or Territory or locality, when such Public Holiday is proclaimed or gazetted by the authority of the Commonwealth Government, or of a State or Territory Government, and such proclaimed or gazetted Public Holiday is to be observed generally by persons throughout the State or Territory or a locality. Provided that such additional local Public Holidays shall be treated as additional paid time off or pay in lieu, but work performed on these days shall not attract public holiday penalty rates. If proclaimed, this shall include: Newcastle, and the Northern Territory show days, and Port Pirie Picnic Day. Provided further, in the ACT, the first Monday in March each year shall be observed as ACT Picnic Day. It shall be treated as an additional paid day off or pay in lieu, but work performed on the day shall not attract public holiday penalty rates. Provided that by agreement between Target and the Union, a Public Holiday may be celebrated on an agreed date in a State or Territory.
Additional public holidays. 36.5.1 If: 36.5.1.1 an additional public holiday is gazetted within a State, Territory or locality by the relevant Government, Authority or order; and
