Additional Paid Time Off Sample Clauses

The 'Additional Paid Time Off' clause grants employees extra paid leave beyond the standard allotment provided by company policy or law. This clause typically outlines the conditions under which such additional time off may be requested or awarded, such as for special occasions, exceptional performance, or unforeseen personal needs. By specifying the eligibility criteria and approval process, it ensures transparency and fairness in granting extra leave, helping to address unique employee circumstances while maintaining operational planning.
