Additional Holiday. If the City provides an additional holiday to any other employee group during the term of this contract, the City will also provide the cash value of that additional holiday to the members of CMFA.
Additional Holiday. Every day appointed by the President of the United States or 4 the Governor of this State, as a public fast, mourning, thanksgiving, or holiday 5 and for which the proclamation states that community colleges shall be closed, 6 pursuant to the provisions of Education Code Sections 88203 and 79020, shall 7 be a paid holiday for all eligible unit employees.
Additional Holiday. All regular full-time employees who have completed their probationary period will be entitled to one (1) additional holiday to be observed on the Friday after Thanksgiving. ARTtCU VII
Additional Holiday. In the event a General Holiday with pay is proclaimed by the Federal Government, such holiday shall also be observed if not already listed in the above holidays.
Additional Holiday. In addition to the holidays listed in clause 13:01, all Employees shall be granted two (2) additional floating holidays to be taken at a time mutually agreed upon between the Employee and the Employer. New Employees are not entitled to additional floating holidays until after probation. If an Employee passes probation prior to July 1, she/he shall be entitled to two (2) float holidays. If she/he passes probation after July 1, she/he shall receive one (1) float holiday. It is understood that regardless of when an Employee retires or leaves the employ, she/he shall receive the full complement of float holidays. If appropriate coverage is available, an Employee shall not be denied their requested float day(s). Part- time Employees shall be allowed to use their float days on a non-scheduled workday. When the date of the holiday is agreed upon between the Employee and the Employer, then that date shall for that Employee be deemed to be a paid holiday and shall be subject to clauses 13:01, 13:02 and 13:03.
Additional Holiday. Full time employees employed at least 2,080 hours per contract year will also receive July 4th as a holiday.
Additional Holiday. In the event that an additional holiday is extended throughout the Company, such holiday will be extended to members of this unit.
Additional Holiday. The Company will grant one (1) additional holiday. This holiday will be taken at the discretion of the employee with at least seven (7) days notice, subject to the efficiency of operation as determined by the Company.
Additional Holiday. When Christmas falls on a Tuesday, Boxing Day shall be observed on the preceding Monday. By mutual consent of the parties, this may be changed to a day other than the Monday.
Additional Holiday. 20.4.1 Each year there shall be an Additional Day’s holiday for employees in NSW. Boral Asphalt (NSW) employees shall normally observe an additional holiday on the first Monday in December. Provided that where there is mutual agreement between Boral Asphalt (NSW) and the employees concerned the day normally observed as the additional holiday may be worked.
