Purpose limitation. The data importer shall process the personal data only for the specific purpose(s) of the transfer, as set out in Annex I.B, unless on further instructions from the data exporter.

The Client hereby authorizes and instructs the Service Provider to Process Client Personal Data in accordance with and as permitted by these Conditions and to the extent reasonably required for the relevant Permitted Purposes for the period of time reasonably necessary for the relevant Permitted Purposes. This DPA and the Agreement set out Customer’s complete instructions to Tripwire in relation to Processing of Personal Data. Any Processing of Personal Data required outside of the scope of these instructions will require prior written agreement of the Parties.

In no event shall Processor process the Data for its own purposes or those of any third party.

The Authorities have regulatory mandates and responsibilities which include protecting investors or customers and fostering integrity and confidence in securities and/or derivatives markets. Personal data are transferred between the Authorities to support these responsibilities and are not transferred for other purposes such as for marketing or commercial reasons. The transferring Authority will transfer personal data only for the legitimate and specific purpose of assisting the receiving Authority to fulfil its regulatory mandate and responsibilities, which include regulating, administering, supervising, enforcing and securing compliance with the securities or derivatives laws in its jurisdiction. The receiving Authority will not further process the personal data in a manner that is incompatible with these purposes, nor with the purpose that may be set out in any request for the information.
Purpose limitation. 2.1 The Controller assigns and instructs the Processor to process the Personal Data on behalf of the Controller.
