Common use of Accuracy Clause in Contracts

Accuracy. The Surveyor shall be responsible for the accuracy of work and shall promptly make any revisions or corrections made necessary by its errors, omissions, or negligent acts. The Surveyor's responsibility for revisions and corrections under this article will be determined by the State. Errors made by the Surveyor will remain the Surveyor’s responsibility as long as allowed by applicable law. If the Surveyor submits work that does not comply with the terms of this contract, the State shall instruct the Surveyor to take actions necessary to bring the work into compliance with this contract. No additional compensation shall be paid for work performed under this paragraph.
