Data Importer definition

Data Importer means the processor who agrees to receive from the data exporter personal data intended for processing on his behalf after the transfer in accordance with his instructions and the terms of the Clauses and who is not subject to a third country’s system ensuring adequate protection within the meaning of Article 25(1) of EU Data Protection Laws 95/46/EC;
Data Importer means any Controller or Processor processing Personal Data on behalf of a Controller who receives Personal Data from the Data Exporter under a Relevant Transfer or Onward Transfer and who has signed the Intra Group Agreement.
Data Importer has the meaning set forth in the Standard Contractual Clauses.

Data Importer means Company.

Data Importer means the party that is (1) located in a jurisdiction that is not the same as the Data Exporter’s jurisdiction and (2) receives Personal Data from the Data Exporter or is able to access Personal Data made available by the Data Exporter.
Data Importer means the organization who agrees to receive in a country or territory outside Singapore the personal data transferred to it by or on behalf of the Data Exporter for processing in accordance with the terms of theses clauses;
Data Importer means the Processor who agrees to receive from the Data Exporter Personal Data intended for Processing on his behalf after the transfer in accordance with his instructions and the terms of this DP Agreement and who is not subject to a third country’s system ensuring adequate protection within the meaning of Article 25(1) of Directive 95/46/EC;
Data Importer means the controller who agrees to receive from the data exporter personal data for further processing in accordance with the terms of this Decision.
