Account Registration & Access. You may be required to register for need an account (“Account”) to access the Platform and/or Hardware. When you register for an Account or when a Client or other user creates an Account for you, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as requested or directed and to promptly update this information to maintain its accuracy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any password and username that you are given or select, and you are responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. Snappet reserves the right to refuse registration of or cancel an Account in our sole discretion. You may not select or use as an Account a name of another person with the intent to impersonate that person or transfer your account to anyone without express prior written consent of Snappet. Snappet is not liable for any losses by any party caused by an unauthorized use of your Account. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may be liable for the losses of Snappet or others due to such unauthorized use. You agree to (a) immediately notify Snappet of any unauthorized use or breach of security of your account or a student’s personally identifiable information, and (b) ensure that you properly log out from your account at the end of each session. Client may grant permission to Users to have Accounts and use the Platform and Hardware. Client personnel understand and acknowledge that student Users are not authorized to use the Platform or Hardware unless a Client has granted permission to such student Users to have Accounts and use the Platform and Hardware. If Client personnel create Accounts for student Users, Client personnel acknowledge and agree Client personnel has authority from the Client to do so. Client will be solely responsible (and hereby agrees that Snappet is not responsible) for: (1) providing any legally required notices and obtaining any necessary permissions, including permissions under COPPA for children under 13 years of age for student Users to use the Platform; and (2) providing any legally required means for a parent or legal guardian to review or correct any student data in the Platform. Under no circumstances will Snappet be liable for the Client personnel’s failure to consult Client’s authorities and administrators or for failing to obtain permission when required.

Account Registration & Access. You may be asked to register in connection with the Platform. When enabled by Summit, a Partner School may designate one or more administrators who will have the right to set up, access, and manage other Users’ accounts (“Administrator Accounts”). When you register or when a Partner School creates an Administrator Account for you, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as requested or directed and to promptly update this information to maintain its accuracy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any password and username that you are given or select, and you are responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. If you have authorized access to an Administrator Account, you are responsible for (a) maintaining the security and confidentiality of all Administrator Accounts and any passwords associated therewith; (b) all activities that occur under the Administrator Accounts; and (c) obtaining all necessary rights, permissions, or consents to access, monitor, use, or disclose any data from other Users’ accounts.
Account Registration & Access. In order to use the Service, you must register for an account (“Account”) or log in using your credentials from a third party website (e.g., Facebook). When you register for an Account, you provide a password that is used to protect your account. Choose a password carefully that only you have access to. If you register using Facebook, your login and password is authenticated by Facebook. To the extent you register for an Account with SRVE, you must provide SRVE with current, complete, and accurate information. Failure to maintain updated payment information may result in termination of your Account. You must keep your password confidential and not authorize any third party to use it or your Account unless otherwise authorized by SRVE. You agree that SRVE may attribute all use of your Account to you and that you are responsible for all activities that occur under your Account. The SRVE staff does not have access to your password and SRVE will never proactively reach out to you to ask for any personal account information, including your user name or password. If you share your computer or device, you should sign out of your SRVE account before relinquishing control of your computer or device. You must notify SRVE immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. Unless otherwise authorized by SRVE, you agree to only sign up for one Account. Please be advised that we do not guarantee that any information sent from our Service will be secure during transmission, nor can we guarantee the confidentiality of any communication or material transmitted to Service via the Service or the Internet, including, for example, personal information such as your name.

Data will include data committed as of 00:00:00 UTC on the day previous to the one designated for retrieval by ICANN.

  • Domain Name Registration If Customer submits a Service Order(s) for domain name registration services, the following terms shall also apply:

  • Exceptional Access to Thick Registration Data In case of a registrar failure, deaccreditation, court order, etc. that prompts the temporary or definitive transfer of its domain names to another registrar, at the request of ICANN, Registry Operator will provide ICANN with up-­‐to-­‐date data for the domain names of the losing registrar. The data will be provided in the format specified in Specification 2 for Data Escrow. The file will only contain data related to the domain names of the losing registrar. Registry Operator will provide the data as soon as commercially practicable, but in no event later than five (5) calendar days following ICANN’s request. Unless otherwise agreed by Registry Operator and ICANN, the file will be made available for download by ICANN in the same manner as the data specified in Section 3.1 of this Specification.

  • Service Registration Certain of our Services require you to register to use them. In such case, you agree that a l information you provide is truthful, current and complete. If there is any change to your registration information, you agree to provide us with updated information immediately. To the extent any of the Services are password protected, you agree to keep such password confidential and not to share it with any third party. You also agree that you wil not access any Services for which a password is required by using any third party’s password. If you discover any use of your password other than by you, you agree to immediately notify us. If you become aware of unauthorized account access, you similarly agree to immediately notify us. At the end of any use of a password protected Service, you agree to exit and logout out of your user session. Under no circumstances sha l we be responsible for any loss or damage that may result if you fail to comply with these requirements.

  • Publication of Registration Data Registry Operator shall provide public access to registration data in accordance with Specification 4 attached hereto (“Specification 4”).
