Student Users definition

Student Users means your student users whom you authorize to access and use the Platform.
Student Users means a student authorized by a Staff User to use the Service as a student and has been supplied a user identification and passwords by Client (or by NoRedInk at Client’s request).
Student Users means students authorized by a Staff User to use the Hosted Service as a student, and collectively with the Staff Users, “Users”.

Examples of Student Users in a sentence

  • It shall obtain all necessary consents and agreements (including from both the Student Users and the Student Users’ parents) to (A) allow each Student User’s use of the Services and Britannica Content, and (B) bind Student Users to the Usage Agreements.

  • Institution may use a third party to complete and process eligible Student Users’ orders for media under its Enrollment and to distribute media to eligible Student Users.

  • Microsoft grants the Organization a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, non- assignable, non-transferable, revocable License to distribute Software Updates to Institution’s Student Users in accordance with the terms of this section.

  • The Organization’s Student Users must use the Software Updates solely for their personal benefit in accordance with the end- user License Agreement (“▇▇▇▇”) with Microsoft included with each Software Update.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this agreement, and to the extent permitted by law, Software Updates that Institution redistributes to its Student Users are provided “as is” without any warranties.
