Domain Name Registration. If Customer submits a Service Order(s) for domain name registration services, the following terms shall also apply:
Domain Name Registration a. Applicant will ensure that the domain name registration (Whois) details for all domain names under applicant’s control are accurate and that the registration does not use any privacy service (also known as a proxy service).
Domain Name Registration. Employee agrees that while working for Company, Employee will give Company the right of first refusal on any Domain names that Employee intends on registering or purchasing. To the extent that Company does not act to register the Domain name then Employee can register the Domain name after seven days from notifying Company of Employee's intent. Employee cannot use these Domain names for any business while working for Company and then is bound by the non-compete restrictions.
Domain Name Registration. If Customer submits and WOW! accepts a Service Order(s) for domain name registration services available from WOW! or its third party supplier, the following terms shall also apply:
Domain Name Registration. 4.1 When a Name SRS Customer chooses to register a domain name, the Customer also accepts and approves the top-level domain’s (the register holder) general Terms and Conditions and agreement. Please contact Name SRS if those Terms and Conditions are not available at the time of registration. Those Terms and Conditions should be accepted at the time of ordering the domain name registration. The Customer is responsible for carefully reviewing and following Name SRS’s, as well as the top-level domain’s Terms and Conditions.
Domain Name Registration. If member submits a service order(s) for domain name registration services, the following terms shall also apply:
Domain Name Registration. 2.1 We make no representation that the domain name you wish to register is capable of being registered by or for you or that it will be registered in your name. You should therefore not assume registration of your requested domain name(s) until you have been notified that it has or they have been registered. Any action taken by you before such notification is at your risk.
Domain Name Registration. On behalf of IXC customers, PSI is to perform registration of the customers' domains with the InterNIC and/or its successors. PSI is to submit domain name registrations to the InterNIC using registration and billing information provided to PSI by IXC or the IXC Reseller as part of the customer order. InterNIC or its successor(s) will invoice the IXC customer directly for the domain name registered. For existing customer domains, PSI is responsible for assisting IXC customers with the transfer of existing domain name service to the PSI nameservers, using processes designed to minimize any discontinuity of Domain Name Service for the customer's domains.
Domain Name Registration. On behalf of IXC customers, PSI is to perform registration of the customers' domains with the InterNIC and/or its successors. PSI is to submit domain name registrations to the InterNIC using registration and billing information provided to PSI by IXC or the IXC Reseller as part of the customer order. For existing customer domains, PSI is responsible for assisting IXC customers with the transfer of existing domain name service to the PSI nameservers, using processes designed to minimize any discontinuity of Domain Name Service for the customer's domains. InterNIC or its successor(s) will invoice the IXC customer directly for the domain name registered. For IXC customer domains for which PSI is to operate the primary nameserver, PSI is to register with the InterNIC only the secondary nameservers. This is to ensure that DNS lookups are not affected during rebooting of the primary nameserver.
Domain Name Registration. 1) If the requested name is available, Xxxxxxxxxxx will attempt to register and maintain domain names requested and ordered in writing by the customer. Customer shall retain ownership of the registered domain name(s) provided Elliottsweb is paid any outstanding charges associated with any services provided by Elliottsweb or any balance due as a result of the Agreement the Customer signed with Elliottsweb. 2) Elliottsweb reserves the right to change the amount of the domain name registration charges upon thirty (30) days notice to the Customer. 3) Xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx will retain control of the domain until the end of this Agreement. 4) The Customer owns the domain name provided the Customer owns the domain name prior to being a Elliottsweb Customer. If the domain name is owned by Xxxxxxxxxxx prior to the date of this agreement, the Customer may move the web site but not the domain name, owned by Elliottsweb. It is expressly agreed that the Customer will have to acquire another domain name. If Customer shall possess any pre-existing copyright interests in advertisements or copy, Customer grants Elliottsweb the right to reproduce, modify, and distribute copies of the advertisement or copy as part of Elliottsweb’s provision of Internet Services. 5) Customer is responsible for placing and warrants that an appropriate copyright notice in form submitted by Customer (or similar thereto depending upon web page makeup and Elliottsweb’s specifications). Customer waives any claim it may have against Xxxxxxxxxxx arising out of reproduction, modifications and/or distribution by Elliottsweb or any of its affiliated companies of such camera ready artwork on which Customer has failed to include a proper statutory copyright notice.
