ACCESS TO LOCATION. (a) In accordance with and subject to the access policies in place at each location, each party (Host) will at all reasonable times give to the other party and its officers, agents or contractors (Visitors) access to premises occupied by the Host where the Activities or any part of them are to be carried out (including to the STFC Site) for the purpose of undertaking the Activities; and

ACCESS TO LOCATION. Client is at all times responsible for ensuring that Bluewater and its subcontractors have adequate access to the Location that the Location is in a prepared condition prior to Bluewater performing the Services. In the event Client fails to provide such adequate access, or the Location is not in a prepared condition, Bluewater may at its election, postpone Services and/or completion of the Project, increase the Fees, decrease or change to Scope of Work and/or terminate this Agreement. For purposes of this paragraph: (a) “adequate access” means safe, unobstructed access to the Location and the specific area(s) in which the Services will be performed; and (b) “prepared condition” means that the Location is in a condition that is in compliance with the Client Specifications and the Assumptions and is otherwise suitable, in Bluewater’s sole determination, for Bluewater to perform the Services and complete the Project.
ACCESS TO LOCATION. Operator shall secure for Contractor rights of access ------------------- to the land on which the work covered by this Agreement is to be performed, if such land is not held by Contractor. Operator shall advise Contractor of any limitations or restrictions affecting access and of Operator's rules for vehicle movement and Contractor shall abide by such limitations or restrictions. Should Contractor be denied free access to such site for any reason within Contractor's control, time lost by such denial shall not be charged to Operator.

  • Work Location While employed by the Company hereunder, the Executive shall perform his duties (when not traveling or engaged elsewhere in the performance of his duties) at the offices of the Company in Bermuda. In all events, Landlord shall use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize interference with the Premises and Tenant’s business operations thereon. If Landlord’s entry materially and substantially interferes with the conduct of Tenant’s business and/or cause damage to Tenant’s property (and the entry is not needed because of Tenant’s default, negligence or willful misconduct), then in such event the rent and any sums due and payable as additional rents, shall xxxxx in proportion to the extent of the interference and Landlord shall be liable for any damage to Tenant’s property.

  • Access to Facilities Each of the Company and each of its Subsidiaries will permit any representatives designated by the Purchaser (or any successor of the Purchaser), upon reasonable notice and during normal business hours, at such person's expense and accompanied by a representative of the Company, to:

The services provided under this Agreement may be provided from one or more such locations. X.X. Xxxxxx may change the operational/service centers and locations as it deems necessary or appropriate for its business concerns.
