Exclusive Area definition

Exclusive Area means the area referred to in paragraphs 1.1(a), 1.1(e) and 1.2(b)-(i) of Schedule 1 (as comprising part of the Licensed Area) which is designated under Article 9 of the Order as being the area in which the Licensee has exclusive authority to carry on the conveyance of gas in accordance with the provisions of this Licence Document.
Exclusive Area means the venue for a UEFA Europa League knockout stage match, comprising:
Exclusive Area means: (a) with respect to BMS, infringement or potential infringement of any Assigned Patent arising from the exploitation outside the Designated Field of a compound that is not a Designated Compound; and (b) with respect to University, infringement or potential infringement of any Assigned Patent arising from the exploitation either (i) within the Designated Field of any compound or (ii) of a Designated Compound within or without the Designated Field.

Examples of Exclusive Area in a sentence

  • The Lessee shall, during the same period and by prior notice, grant prospective lessees access to the Exclusive Area for 3 days per week during ordinary office/business hours.

  • Whenever deemed necessary in order to prevent or limit any damage to the Property, the Lessor shall be entitled to obtain access to the Exclusive Area without such notice.

  • The Lessor may also perform any refurbishment work, including any additions, extensions, etc., outside the Exclusive Area.

  • The Lessee shall facilitate the routing of cords, ducts and pipes, etc., to other parts of the Property through the Exclusive Area, without obstruction by the interior fittings, or similar, of the Lessee.

  • The Lessee shall grant the Lessor access to the Exclusive Area during office/business hours on all days, for purposes of servicing, repair, maintenance, inspection, appraisal, refurbishment work, etc.


More Definitions of Exclusive Area

Exclusive Area means the Licensed Area;
Exclusive Area means the land or waters described in Part 1 of Schedule One and shaded in orange in the maps in Schedule One.
