Orders and Deliveries. All orders, processing and deliveries of any Product shall be made in accordance with customary and routine handling of orders, processing and deliveries for fabricated restaurant equipment and furnishings to third parties in respect of the particular Product or type of Product, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both Parties.

Buyer will place its orders timely to facilitate the production scheduling and Seller shall supply in good faith every accepted order and make shipment promptly; Seller shall have the Products prepared and packed for shipment in Seller’s standard shipping packages. Transportation costs will be on Buyer. Delivery will be Ex-Works CRP – Modena.

Buyer shall initiate sales by providing the Seller with a purchase order and a deposit of 50% of the order by wire order for the amount of Product the Buyer requires to be delivered in 60 days. All orders are F.0.B., Xxxxx Oak Chemical – Fountain Inn, S.C. or Seller's plant to the location specified on the purchase order.
Orders and Deliveries. 1. Orders issued by Buyer shall become binding only upon written acceptance of the order by Seller, or upon the delivery of the Product, whichever is earlier. No order changes issued by Buyer shall be binding unless explicitly approved by Seller.

Delivery schedules on a basis competitive with other full line suppliers within the Company's market shall be mutually agreed upon, and shall be mutually reviewed periodically to ensure efficient delivery services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is expressly understood that the Company shall have the right to accept delivery of goods at Richfood's dock and make separate arrangements for the transportation of such goods. The parties acknowledge that Richfood's obligation to supply goods hereunder shall not be construed to constitute an obligation to supply any particular item or class of items to the Company. 2.3.
Orders and Deliveries. (3.1) All of the Distributor's orders for purchases of POG Multi-Game Products shall be made upon the Company's standard terms and in accordance with the terms and provisions of this Agreement. The Distributor acknowledges the Company has furnished it with a copy of the form of purchase order in effect on the date of this Agreement. Such purchase order contains the Company's standard terms. In no event will the use by the Distributor of its own purchase order, or the use by the Company of any form of acknowledgment or shipping document, be effective to vary, alter or modify the terms and provisions of the Company's standard terms or this Agreement; nor will such use have the effect of substituting the provisions set forth on such form for the provisions contained in the Company's standard terms or this Agreement.
Orders and Deliveries. 12.1. The client will deliver to ASI a purchase order and agreed required information for the Products required, to enable ASI to provision the request products.

Telephone and fax orders may be placed with the Customer Service Department weekdays until 5:00 P.M. local time for next business day delivery. Orders will be delivered in a sealed, returnable plastic tote individually labeled by store to the Customer’s warehouse facility. A signature may be required by the individual accepting the shipment to verify the number of cartons received.
