WAREHOUSE FACILITY. The Warehouse Facility element of the 1998C Project consists of renovations and upgrades to a former flight kitchen including replacement of the roof, replacement of lighting, installation of an underground fire main, and other renovations to provide for dry storage of materials to support the Chelsea Flight Kitchen in-flight meal preparation function. EXHIBIT B DESCRIPTION OF EASEMENTS The Easements shall consist of the following: All reasonably necessary easements within the Airport to permit the extension of water, sanitary sewer, electric power, gas and telephone service to the Ground Lease Properties and the Special Facilities located thereon. Such easements shall be provided by the City to the Lessee by the time or times needed by Lessee to extend such services. EXHIBIT C DESCRIPTION OF GROUND LEASE PROPERTIES Ground Lease Properties shall consist of the following:
1. Maintenance Site The area containing approximately 22.60 acres of land as shown as "Hangar Maintenance Facility" comprised of two tracts which are shaded on the diagram attached as Exhibit C-1 and which is described by metes and bounds in such Exhibit C-1 attached hereto, together with all improvements located thereon except Special Facilities.
WAREHOUSE FACILITY. OHL’s activities in operating and maintaining the Warehouse shall at all times be consistent with the terms of the lease(s), if applicable, for the Warehouse. OHL shall be the custodian of the Warehouse during the Term of this Agreement. As custodian, OHL agrees to take measures reasonably necessary to safeguard the Warehouse.
WAREHOUSE FACILITY. The facility described in Section 1 as it may be amended, supplemented, modified or replaced is referred to as the "Warehouse Facility."
WAREHOUSE FACILITY. Subject to Neose's landlord's consent, and a separate agreement among such landlord, Auxilium and Neose, Neose will assign or sublet the warehouse space at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, Horsham, PA to Auxilium effective as of the Closing for the remainder of the current lease term, at the same current lease rates and charges, and Auxilium will allow Neose to occupy a portion of the warehouse space as designated in Schedule 6, free of charge, for the remainder of the current lease term. Within two (2) days from the date hereof, Neose shall request the landlord of ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ to consent to the foregoing described lease assignment or sublease.
WAREHOUSE FACILITY. Prior to March 31, 2000, FBMS shall have sold or otherwise removed from its warehouse lending facilities, all "unsaleable loans" as listed on Schedule 6.5. To the extent that any unsaleable loans remain as of March 31, 2000, they will be offset against the Performance Shares and Bonus Shares issuable to the Shareholder in accordance with Article 7 of this First Addendum.
WAREHOUSE FACILITY. ACC shall maintain at all times after six months following the Closing Date, no less than one Warehouse Facility in addition to that provided under this Agreement.
WAREHOUSE FACILITY. The facility described in Section 1 as it may be amended, supplemented, modified or replaced is referred to as the "WAREHOUSE FACILITY."

WAREHOUSE FACILITY. The Administrative Agent shall be satisfied that (A) the Borrowers have access to and availability under warehouse facilities from either existing warehouse lenders that have waived all existing defaults under their respective warehouse facilities on terms and conditions satisfactory to the Agent or new warehouse lenders under new warehouse facilities containing terms and conditions satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and (B) the Borrowers have availability and the right to borrow at least $750,000,000 under the warehouse facilities referred to in clause (A).
WAREHOUSE FACILITY. Prior to the Effective Date, FBMS shall have sold or otherwise removed from its warehouse lending facilities, all "unsaleable loans" as listed on Schedule 6.
