Bar Coding. Seller must have or be able to implement bar-coding that meets Xxxxxxxx’s specifications within an agreed upon time parameter upon receipt of any purchase order contract.
Bar Coding. Seller must have or be able to implement bar-coding that meets Battelle’s specifications within an agreed upon time parameter upon receipt of any purchase order contract.

Bar Coding. Yum! is a leader in the QSR industry on bar coding (case and pallet) in efforts to improve Distribution Services to the Retail Outlets and the ability to track products. Yum! is requiring its approved distributors to proactively improve their bar coding technology to utilize bar coding in areas such as receiving, order picking, and Retail Outlet deliveries. Distributor shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to work with UFPC and Yum! to proactively improve its bar coding technology and work with UFPC and Yum! to complete bar coding projects reasonably designated by UFPC and Yum! within such reasonable time frames set by UFPC and Yum! taking into consideration Distributor’s financial and personnel requirements of such bar coding project(s). Notwithstanding the foregoing, Distributor shall perform such bar coding improvements or other projects required by applicable law, ordinance, regulation or other governmental mandate.
Bar Coding. All the Equipment and their components are to be Bar Coded as agreed by the parties for easy identifications and storage. The box or the cartons containing the Equipment are also to be Bar Coded for the above reason.
Bar Coding. Supplier shall mark each Product sold to Distrxxxxor with the appropriate UPC bar code: The preferred bar codes are Version A barcode, or Code 39 with FACT Data Identifiers barcode. In the event Supplier utilizes any other UPC standard bar code, Supplier shall submit a sample of such bar code to Distributor, prior to the execution of this Agreement, to verify compatibility with Distributor's bar code recognition systems. Distributor reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without penalty or liability to Distributor, to (i) refuse any shipment of Product(s) which are not so marked; and (ii) elect not to set up any Product in its systems which is not marked with a UPC standard bar code compatible with Distributor's bar code recognition systems.
Bar Coding. Seller agrees to comply with the standards for Bar Coding as specified in Appendix G-1, hereof, entitled "VERIZON SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS", and Section 6 entitled "PACKAGE LABELING INSTRUCTION," of Appendix G, hereof, entitled "VERIZON TRANSPORTATION AND ROUTING INSTRUCTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS.”
Bar Coding. All electrical equipment shall be labeled with bar codes. The labeling shall enable the identification of units down to board level. If the Supplier utilizes an existing bar-coding system, its parameters shall be specified (bar-code type, information carried, bar-code size, etc.). The Purchaser prefers numeric bar-coding.
Bar Coding. Prior to delivery to XM, Loudeye shall bar code each CD with a unique identifier to ensure that future releases will not be in conflict with older releases in XM's library.
