Starting Date. Unless a specific (fixed) starting date is duly justified and agreed upon during the preparation of the Grant Agreement, the project will start on the first day of the month following the entry info force of the Grant Agreement (NB : entry into force = signature by the Commission). Please note that if a fixed starting date is used, you will be required to provide a detailed justification on a separate note.
Starting Date. The Service Provider shall start carrying out the Services thirty (30) days after the date the Contract becomes effective, or at such other date as may be specified in the SCC.

In the same email the Provider shall provide the credentials the Client shall use to get access the selected Service (including ID and password).

In a territory that did not have an existing company, franchisee or other Liberty tax preparation office in the most recent Tax Season (“Undeveloped Territory”), you agree to begin operation and be open for business no later than January 8 following the Effective Date of this Agreement and agree to be open for business no later than January 2 for each year thereafter. For a Developed Territory, you agree to begin operations and be open for business no later than January 2 following the Effective Date of this Agreement and for every year thereafter.
Starting Date. 4.1. The actual commercial starting date for the Services shall be agreed between the Parties in writing.
