Vendor Management. Where Avaya is to instruct or request products or services on Customer’s behalf from third party vendors under Customer’s supply contracts with the third party vendors (“Vendor Management”), Customer will provide Avaya upon request a letter of agency or similar document, in form reasonably satisfactory to Avaya, permitting Avaya to perform the Vendor Management. Where the third party vendor’s consent is required for Avaya to be able to perform Vendor Management in a timely manner, Customer will obtain the written consent of the vendor and provide Avaya a copy of it upon request.
Vendor Management. The Consultant shall: • Work with the SJVIA to identify and address any vendor issues; • Work with all vendors to address all billing, claim payment, and other service issues; • Review and track vendor contracts and agreements for accuracy; • Work to develop performance agreements where appropriate; and • Meet with each vendor’s senior management team to assure the highest level of service to the SJVIA members.
Vendor Management. Sysdig maintains a vendor management program that establishes the rules and requirements for any vendor that will access, store and/or process Sysdig’s information assets and includes conducting the relevant security assessment for such vendor.
Vendor Management. Zendesk uses third party vendors to provide certain aspects of the Services. Zendesk completes a security risk assessment of prospective vendors.
Vendor Management. (1) Within one hundred twenty (120) days of this Agreement, the Board shall prepare, adopt, implement and thereafter ensure Bank adherence to a formal vendor management program to provide effective oversight and controls in accordance with OCC Bulletin 2001-47, Risk Management Principles – Third Party Relationships, to include, at a minimum:
Vendor Management. Notwithstanding Section 12 of the General Terms and Conditions, FIS agrees to use all reasonable efforts to comply in a timely and thorough manner with all applicable requirements of Client’s Vendor Management Program (VMP). Client will advise FIS in writing of any material change to the VMP. In connection with FIS’ obligations regarding the VMP, FIS will have, on not less than a biennial basis, a SSAE 16 audit conducted by an independent, nationally recognized accounting or consulting firm with respect to FIS’ software development and operations in the remote location in which FIS performs development (currently, Orlando, FL). Such audit shall be conducted at FIS’ sole cost and expense. FIS will provide a summary of the report promptly after receipt. The report submitted to Client shall include FIS’ management’s response to the exception comments, together with appropriate target dates for completion of required changes. 4.
Vendor Management negotiating vendor contracts; making vendor and operating and real estate lease payments; provisioning certain vendor services.
Vendor Management. To the extent directed by GECS, NMS shall provide overall management of Company's Vendors relating to matters of enrollment, eligibility distributions, payment, reconciliation, customer service and general communications.
Vendor Management. Matterport maintains a formal vendor management program, including vendor security reviews for critical vendors, to ensure compliance with Matterport’s information security policies. Matterport may engage and use vendors, acting as sub- processors, that access, store, or process certain customer data. Vendor Management. Equitable is responsible for managing its mainframe and telecommunications system software suppliers and maintainers. Alliance is responsible for managing all applications systems vendors used by Alliance, including those listed in Section 1B of Schedule C.
